Today, my Sushi Course was a present from a father to his daughter for her 16th birthday, before her summer homestay in Korea. She asked me if they make Sushi in Korea as well. I answered, that Sushi has a Japanese origin but the Korean and the people of most East Asian countries enjoy eating it. Besides, Koreans have their Kimpab, which is very similar to Japanese Futomaki rolls. Fortunately, Korean was my second language at the University of Oriental Studies in Tashkent and I have some Korean friends. It was great to be part of your birthday, Elena. These were wonderful 3 1/2 hours.
